Mondial Cash Controller is more complete than a spreadsheet system because it uses the actual data from your accounting system and your bank rather than relying on estimates and manual entry of balances.

Mondial Cash Controller is more thorough than using just the accounting system as it can include items not yet recorded in your accounting system, such as upcoming payroll amounts, and can predict both cashbook AND bank statement balances.

Better than the Budgeting System

Mondial Cash Controller is more accurate than using the budgeting system as it uses transaction level information that is always up-to-date. Budgeting systems provide static estimates ahead of time, and are not dynamically updated so the starting point for forecasting is never correct.

Mondial Cash History

Mondial Cash History allows you to view the exact cashbook and reconciled bank positions in summary or detail, secure in the knowledge that the information is always up-to-date. In order to manage your cash resources effectively it is important that you understand your company's cash position at any point in time.

Summary data can be shown for any number of banks and bank accounts. Where multiple currency accounts are involved it is possible to view all the accounts in a single currency so that all accounts can be totalled and a view of the business as a whole obtained.

Real System Data

Mondial Cash Summary accesses transactions directly from both your accounting system and your bank to provide you with appropriate 'real' views of the appropriate bank accounts. You can simply use the standard views shipped with the product, or you can decide yourself on the precise information that you wish to see and the order in which you wish to see it.

Automated Bank Reconciliation

Mondial Cash Summary includes an automated bank reconciliation facility that matches cashbook and bank transactions and presents you with a simple exception report. The standard Mondial Cash Summary view includes, for every bank account that you select, the current cashbook, bank statement and bank cleared funds figures.

Drill Down to the Detail

Mondial Cash Summary allows you to drill-down on any bank account to look at the individual payment and receipt transactions that make up the summary balance.

Always Up to Date

Mondial Cash Summary is a combined replication of your accounting system cashbook and your bank account position. The two figures can differ due to uncleared items such as unpresented cheques. The bank cleared funds view includes only items that are cleared for use. A deposit of cheques may be on your bank statement but the bank is still waiting from clearance from the cheque payer's bank before it allows you to spend the funds.

Mondial Cash Summary recognises that when you have tight cash flows then the balance at the bank is often more important than the balance in your cashbook.

Mondial Cash Forecasting

Mondial Cash Forecasting allows you to accurately forecast the future so that you can account for any eventuality ahead of time. In the past accurate forecasting was a frustrating process, as no matter how much care you took, many transactions just wouldn't occur when forecast, leaving a knock on effect on the next forecast and so on. Mondial Cash Forecasting starts from the point of a reconciled position every time so a forecast can be run as often as needed using up-to-date information to start with.

Unlimited Time Periods

Mondial Cash Forecasting allows you to forecast exact balances for an unlimited number of time periods ahead. It does so by forecasting the cashbook, bank statement and bank clearance dates for all outstanding transactions. Your forecasts can be for time periods of any length - such as daily or weekly - and can be for as many time periods into the future as you require.

Transaction Time Lags

Mondial Cash Forecasting allows you to create expected lag times for each transaction so you can predict the difference in time between a cashbook, bank statement and cleared transaction.

Transaction Classifications

Mondial Cash Forecasting allows you to create any number of custom classifications for each transaction allowing you to sort and view your cash forecasts in the most appropriate way.

Changing the Forecast Date

Mondial Cash Forecasting allows you to simply click on an individual transaction and change the forecast date. An immediate 'ripple' effect allows you to see the effect on the forecast as a whole.

'One-Off' Transactions

Mondial Cash Forecasting allows you to create a 'one-off' forecast transaction that can be cleared when the 'real' transaction is posted to the system.
